Kristin is talented Ayurvedic Practitioner with a deep understanding of soothing the nervous system and lymphatic flow. Emma brings a background in movement as a Pilates instructor, and a carer in the health industry to her studies in digestive health, colonics, & massage as a trainee in our clinic.

Khari is a New York trained postural alignment specialist & Lymph Flow Practitioner. He spent 20years in the health & fitness industry as an elite personal trainer in Manhattan, his skills featured in US publications - AM newspaper, Forbes.com and Muscle and Fitness magazine. He is passionate about eliminating musculoskeletal disfunction, inflammation and pain. You’ll find Khari professional & extremely personable, able to connect & interpret the needs of his clients.
